South Campus Commercial District Overview

South Campus Commercial District is composed by several sites totaling approximately 59 acre. The largest site is approximately 39 acres and is bordered by I-25 on the west, Gibson Blvd on the south, and University Blvd on the east. The main objective for this development is to serve as a gateway to UNM South Campus, be an active, retail-centric community experience, and enhance the sports experience in the area.
